I cut this grass 3 days ago, must grow about an inch a day. I don’t want to mow over the dandelions, but……I’ll have to, or the grass will be ridiculous.

The carpenter is experienced and accurate and this is not a typical floor system install, by any means. He is doing an excellent job! This is exciting, I have been looking forward to this for awhile.

Getting more joist set in between the rain, some plywood makes a good temporary platform to lay joist and cut blocking. These are 2×12 wood joist not BCI’s… ‘
