Progress on the Foundation….. moving along slowly and steady, going to try and get the Bituthane on tomorrow after adding to the East Rim Joist, to overhang the, askew framing below, an easy fix to my out of square condition below.

The carpenter is experienced and accurate and this is not a typical floor system install, by any means. He is doing an excellent job! This is exciting, I have been looking forward to this for awhile.
