Uncle Don’s Cabin Grill

Uncle Don’s Cabin Grill, will be just that, not much different from a Properly set up, Residential kitchen and dining area except in that a few upgrades in kitchen equipment and furnishings.  Overall a nice simple open space with beautiful surroundings with a fantastic view of Kachemak Bay, Grewingk Glacier and more.

Just four tables that will seat four people each. The counter in front across from the grill can seat 2-3 singles. With a small number of seats this can be reasonably easy to procure products and supplies as well as service and keep the quality of menu items and service high. Reservations only slowly build a clientele and customer base. Plan target 3 turns of 16 covers each night, 48 covers

 

 

The menu will be extremely fresh salads  seafood, poultry, pork or beef entre choices. Focus on quality not quantity, fine wines available  to accompany the meals.
