There are two approximately 12′ x 50′ Sites (1 & 2)
There are two approximately 12′ x 40′ Sites (3 & 4)
There are now two new 12’x 60’ Sites 5 for Host & 6 a dry site for Boon Dockers.
There are parking areas for cars, boats or trailers included with your stay.
Electricity available 20-30-50 amp at three sites, 20-30 amp at Site (4 and 5).
Year Round Water fill for all sites Included.
Year Round sewer connection at just four sites.(1-4)
There is a holding tank dump on site.
Wi-fi Internet for all sites Included.
Site 1 & 2 have a Firepit, Site 5 is a shared Firepit
There is 24 hour on site security.
Winter Snow Plowing is maintained
Sites 1, 2, 3 and 4 are $65./nightly and 6 is $55./nightly
Well behaved dogs only, that won’t bother me or the wildlife
are OK. if you clean up after them and they don’t bark too much! We really like the peace around here.
Seniors and Military receive a 10% discount.
There may be a monthly rate on a case by case basis.
Rental rates are plus KPB 3% tax.
