Well, the Alders I have cut down yesterday sure got the attention of the nearby moose cows, the word must have got out that I was laying out a buffet. All the tops with the new buds are now laying on the ground in a nice neat pile. When I went out this morning there were 4 moose 2 more than I normally see around here dining on the tender buds.

They will be hard to keep out of anything else that I might plant around here hmmm.
