That’s right all the way around the foundation exposed to the bottom edge of the footer. Now I can check for cracing or anything else, however the footer looks sound all the way around. Several cracks appearing in the CMU not surprising as partially exposed as this was for several years……….but initially I’d say it’s fine. Some pointing and tucking, coat it with tar and be good to go By the way the soil is typical as around real scarce on rocks, clay and dirt. The soil at the footer level on the South and East facing walls is wet. You can see the moisture line in the pictures.
Hey I figured out the Gallery this is nice I got to hit the shower………I have to find out from the owner if he can look at these pictures and confirm that is septic, I’ll hand dig around it and maybe there is a clue inside. I have yet to climb inside, been enough to do outside!
