Well I have the drawings pretty much complete, sending out for the hip roof truss engineering, then build the walls and get the roof on. I’ll finish the inside next winter. All based on living long enough. No landscaping in the rendering. I might even post the second floor layout. The hip roof trusses will probably not need a center post or beam. Really I don’t mind posts & beams I actually like them. We’ll see.
