Uncle Don’s Cabin Grill, will be just that, not much different from a Residential kitchen and dining area except in that a few upgrades in kitchen equipment and furnishings. Overall a nice simple open space with beautiful surroundings with a fantastic view of Kachemak Bay, Grewingk Glacier and more.
Just four tables that will seat four people each. The counter in front across from the grill can seat 2-3 singles. With a small number of seats this can be easier to obtain and keep the quality of menu items and service high. Reservations only slowly build a clientele and customer base. Plan target 3 turns of 16 covers each night, 48 covers
The menu will be something like:extremely fresh salads and greens,fres seafood, poultry, pork or beef entre choices. Focus on quality not quantity, fine wines available to accompany the meals.
