First Premier Site Underway!
I finished cutting the Alders encouraging a hedge between the horse pasture and the RV Site, staked out the perimeter. Troy and Buck with East Road Services came over and started the improvement to the entrance widening the apron, then they will work their way up to this first site. This site will be 12×50 prepared right first excavating out the overburden in the pad footprint, laying fabric, 10-12″ of pit run then 6-8″ of road bed material- a pad done right. I will then trench for power and water sewer lines.
First RV Site
They are going to be very busy this season so I’m trying to get their help when I can.
The load limits are not lifted quite yet and East Road Services has a yard just three miles from here, that is a big plus because the trucking is a lot of the cost of a load of material.
