Boy this weather is presenting like break-up there is really nothing to break up though……at least not around here.  look at the picture just about all cleaned up! Few more days like this with no rain and I should be able to start digging the trenches for utilities. Then fabric and gravel for the first few RV sites. I’ve been working on tightening up a plan for the Restaurant as well. Step at a time grasshopper step at a time.
