CMS (Consumer Meter Stub) ready to go, 200 amp ranch panel attached to a 3/4″treated plywood back board bolted to a treated 6″x 6″  x 10′ post with a #6 copper ground wire,  2-5/8″ ground rods, 2″ liquid tight conduit and this should be ready to be put in the ground and connected.
