Rates and Services
- There are two 12′ x 50′ Sites (2 & 3) with sewer connection & electricity $45/Nightly. (winter rates September-April) $75. (summer rates May-August)
- There is one 12′ x 60′ Site (1) with no sewer connection or electricity installed yet $35/Nightly. (winter rates September-April) $55. (summer rates May-August)
- Ask about weekly, or monthly rates.
- There are additional parking areas for cars, boats and small trailers included.
- Electricity available 20-30-50 amp at two sites so far.
- Water fill for all sites Included.
- Underground year round sewer connection at two sites so far.
- Wi-fi Internet for all sites Included.
- There is 24 hour on site security.
- Well behaved dogs only, that won’t bother me or the horses are OK. if you clean up after them and they don’t bark too much! I really like the peace.
- Seniors and Military receive a 10% discount.
- There may be a monthly/annual rate on a case by case basis.
- Summer rates apply May-August Site #1, 2 or 3/75./night +KPB 3% tax.
